If he simply wanted sex and anyone would do, I feel like he’d go to a sex service establishment instead.

I think they’re willing to do it because they don’t have any reservations about it. You and I would only consider it “if it’s with someone we like,” but for people like that, either they’re fine doing it even if they don’t like the person, or they can become fond enough of someone—even on the first meeting—to be comfortable with rimming. And of course, some people simply can’t do it, no matter how much they like someone.
