Are they talking about profiles that still contain information from several years ago?
For example, someone registered at 20 while she was a university student, and four years later, at 24, her profile still says:
“I’m a university student.”
In that case, I can see why people might think she isn’t very motivated.
However, women can’t see the comments left by the club. And if a woman receives offers every month without needing to go in for new photos, she probably wouldn’t feel the need to go through the trouble of doing so.
So I don’t think you need to overthink it.
Most women don’t write anything in the comments they’re allowed to add. It also seems natural for men to assume that women who do write something are doing so because they aren’t receiving offers.
That said, I do think men find it easier to make an offer when there’s something written rather than nothing at all.
I think most men won’t mind if a comment was written once and hasn’t been updated since.

Women who frequently change their own profiles tend to be avoided.
I think this is being confused with the idea that women who don’t have their photos retaken aren’t very motivated.
The only profile updates that probably won’t work against you are adding private photos, entering comments from women, and taking the mistress personality assessment.

I assume you’re changing the comments from women on your profile. Maybe the calendar or private photos as well?
I’m not comfortable with women who seem overly eager—they remind me of freelance sex workers.
