What circumstances would explain a female member not updating her photos or profile for several years? Is it generally left unchanged unless she asks for her profile to be updated?

Maezawa from the President’s Office here with an answer as well. Basically, their profiles won’t be updated unless they come in for a new photo shoot. That’s really all there is to it. If a woman responds to a message about continuing the arrangement, you can simply make her an offer and she’ll come on the date. Women who don’t come in for a new photo shoot are generally the kind who still receive offers without doing so. If men don’t like that, they could stop making offers, and perhaps that would encourage them to come in for new photos. But even if they feel that way, is making the offer anyway just part of being a man...?
