If a woman changes her dating type (for example, from a to b to c to d), are all of the changes shown in her profile? Or does it only show the change from a to d?

I’m Fuu, a columnist. All of them will appear on your profile. If just one type changes, like: A → B C → D I can interpret it favorably as you becoming more familiar with papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) and updating your profile. But if it changes from A → C, I can’t help wondering, “Hmm… did she change it because she wasn’t getting any offers?”

If the staff comment says something like: “This woman chose Type A.” then you can always tell what her dating type was when she registered. So, if she is Type D now, you can see that she originally started out as Type A and later changed to Type D. Separately, any changes are automatically displayed, along the lines of: “Changed from Type C to Type D.” In that case, you can only see the immediately preceding type, so all you know is that she changed from C to D—you won’t know that she originally started as A. That said, men look closely at profiles. Some may remember the entire progression, such as: A to B B to C C to D > Are all the dates when a woman had new photos taken listed? The staff usually add a comment like: “She came in for new photos on [month/day].” So they may occasionally forget to record it, but as long as they haven’t forgotten, I believe all the dates will remain listed.

I’m Kazu, a male member. There may be exceptions, but I think it’s generally the case that the ratings remain as A and C → D. Some profiles mention multiple reshoots. I can’t say whether they’ve all been listed, since I’d have to remember what that woman’s profile said the whole time to know for sure. It seems to vary depending on the branch, the staff member in charge, and what was originally written—sometimes they delete and rewrite it, while other times they simply add to it.
