It depends on how you define an aphrodisiac, but if something like that really existed, it would probably be as famous worldwide as Viagra.
That said, there might be something that simply makes it easier to get wet… though that’s just my impression, so I can’t say for sure whether such a thing exists.

It would be cruel to make a woman with whom you have no trust drink it. But if you have enough trust that she’d happily do it for you, then you both agree to it, so I don’t think it’s cruel.
Come to think of it, I’ve heard that in adult videos, performers drink a lot of fluids before filming to make it easier for them to squirt. I didn’t realize it also helped them get wet more easily.
