With a monthly arrangement, doesn’t it depend on how your schedules line up?
I’m in pay-per-meeting arrangements, but I see around three or four women, mainly on weekends, mainly on weekdays, or when I’m on business trips to Tokyo. I may switch between them depending on the circumstances.

I feel like I could probably manage around three if they don’t pry too much into my private life.
Also, someone who doesn’t suddenly tell me to come over right away, or get angry if I don’t reply immediately.
When one of them rented an apartment for me, I never knew when he might show up, so that was a definite no.

I suppose it’s possible to have as many partners as you want, but men who give 50,000 or 100,000 yen a month just for dinner are incredible. The women are lucky too… and it seems they don’t even feel the need to juggle multiple arrangements…

I suppose it depends on how skillful and available the woman is, but I’ve heard of around three at most.
Among the women I’ve heard of, the highest number was about ten pay-per-meeting papas she met at least once a month. The next highest was, I believe, eight.
Some of those may have been monthly-arrangement papas, though. As I recall, several of the eight were monthly-arrangement papas.
