If you really want to know, start by talking about yourself, letting them get to know you, building trust, and helping them relax. Then you can make an effort to naturally draw out information about their other partners.
But what’s the benefit of that?

Basically, you want her to choose you and only you, right?
For example, get ten male friends to join Universe and have all of them make offers to that woman. Have every one of them propose generous allowances, so that all the papas she’s seeing are your male friends. Gather information about her from all of them and get to know her even better. Then, all at once, have every one of your friends cut ties with her. That way, for a while afterward, you’d probably be her only papa. You could also gently comfort her after she’s been dumped by all those papas and earn her trust.
It does sound a little psychotic, though.
