When I checked with the club, they told me there had apparently been one negative piece of feedback about me in the past.
There’s no real way to decline—or rather, turn someone down.
There have been times when things fell through because our schedules didn’t work out, though.

Yes, I have been turned down. In fact, I think that’s only natural. They don’t know who I am, and I’m an old man, let alone handsome, so even if they’re short on money, I think it’s perfectly fine for them to say no if they’re thinking, “I’d rather not.”
That said, one thing I’m proud of is that even when I was turned down or suspected of being a scammer, I kept making offers without worrying about feedback or letting it get me down（笑）
Then one day, I got a reply saying, “I’d be happy to see you!”
So don’t give up—keep making offers. Eventually, someone will say, “Okay!”

I publicly post profiles with my face visible when I make offers to women, but I’ve had a woman turn me down because I “looked like someone she knew,” even though she was concerned about being recognized herself.

I’ve had several women decline because their circumstances had changed since they registered, and they weren’t currently in a position to accept offers.

Is that a question?
I think there are cases where a woman sends negative feedback out of spite because things didn’t go the way she wanted. The club likely takes that possibility into account when reviewing the feedback, depending on its content, so I don’t think you need to worry about it too much.
That said, if you remember doing something inappropriate, the club may simply be observing the situation to see whether it receives any similar feedback. In that case, I think it would be better to reflect on your own conduct.
