Based on my personal experience, whenever someone says “7,” their information came from a scout.
It’s such an awkward number, isn’t it? If you think about it normally, you’d expect things to settle around a nice, round number like 5 or 10. I figure 5 is probably the most common, but since 10 feels unrealistic, scouts suggest bumping it up a little to 7 when making offers to girls.
One girl agreed to compromise, so things continued, but she said she quotes 10 to new people. Well, I guess that’s what happens when you get a lot of offers.
Oh, right—answering the question. Nagoya isn’t stingy, is it? That’s a standard regional stereotype, after all. I don’t actually know whether it’s true, though. I don’t really care.

I’m Paper Airplane, a stingy Kansai member whose allowance tops out at 50,000 yen.
Even with Platinum or Platinum Premium in Kansai, some girls say 30,000–50,000 yen, and there are even girls who are happy with 30,000. So I guess Kansai really does show its miserly side—actually, it’s practically the middle of nowhere…
Even with a Black-level woman, I find it cute when she’s happy with that capped 50,000 yen. And if she says she realized I’m different from other men and that it’s not just about the money, I get even happier. I guess I was just a deluded idiot of a man…

It’s not that Nagoya is stingy—the going rates in Tokyo are just relatively high.
Honestly, it’s a hassle for me.
Because popular women on the black tier and wealthy black-tier male members all rush to secure people, offers of 100,000 or 150,000 yen are being thrown around like it’s normal. It’s a little scary when a nurse in her early twenties says with a smile, “I’ll do it for 100,000.”
Even aside from that, everyone says things like, “The going rate is around 50,000 to 80,000 yen, right?” and ends up making 50,000 the minimum.
Honestly, even 50,000 is high (泣)
But that’s something I can only say here, haha.
