The first thing I want to say is that it’s best to have the mindset that you need to make an effort to get what you want for yourself.
As for appearance, you can see photos of members from every class, so you can judge for yourself. There are videos too. The photos were originally good without any editing, but sometimes they blur the contours with lighting to make the pictures look better. So someone may turn out to be plumper than expected or have a noticeable underbite, meaning you do need to be careful. Still, compared with other dating clubs, the photos here are far more accurate, so you can probably filter candidates fairly reliably at the initial stage.
As for what someone is like when you actually talk to her, that depends on how well the staff member who interviewed her was able to draw out her true personality, as well as the staff member’s own instincts. The staff generally work very hard, but their skill levels vary, so you need to understand each person’s individual tendencies and adjust your expectations accordingly. If you happen to prefer shy women, or women who can hold a conversation well but don’t reveal much of their true selves, it’s often quicker to meet and talk to them yourself—and it’s quite common for them to be completely different from the information you were given beforehand.
That said, the staff are basically all very committed, so rather than simply making use of them, you might get better results by taking the attitude of helping them improve—though that sounds a bit condescending. Unlike other dating clubs, there are also a lot of staff members, so being able to choose who you work with is another major advantage.
And with that, I’ve somehow ended up writing an unpaid stealth promotion. (Embarrassing.)

They’ll probably take a request like “a woman who’s friendly and easy to talk to, but also has a surprising, slightly clumsy side.”
However, the staff only spend about an hour talking with each woman, including explaining the system and taking photos. And since it’s an interview, the women are often nervous. It’s difficult to get a real sense of someone’s personality in such a short time.
Realistically, I think the best approach would be to register as a Black-tier member, have them suggest several candidates who are in their 20s and have beautiful, somewhat unapproachable looks with mixed-race features, then review their profiles and either choose one or make offers to all of them to find someone to date.

That said, when you say “a beautiful, elegant woman with mixed-race features who seems almost too intimidating to approach,” the staff and you may have different standards.
So I can’t say for sure that we’ll be able to introduce you to exactly your type right from the start.
However, if we keep exchanging feedback like this, we’ll gradually come to understand your preferences better, and eventually it should become more like, “Yes, that’s exactly the kind of woman I mean.”
You may be thinking, “Why can’t you just introduce me to my ideal type right away?” But honestly, that’s a difficult part of the process.
