> What do men think when they see an inverted one?
At a hotel, when they see it, that’s probably where their eyes will go first. They might even bring it up as a topic of conversation.
But as for whether they actually care…
Hmm.
I think it’s probably about the same as seeing a bruise on someone’s leg—the kind you get from bumping into something.
So I don’t think you need to feel too self-conscious about it.
If it bothers you, I think having surgery would be better for your peace of mind. Of course, it depends on how severe it is. I wonder if some cases can be fixed with liposuction, but either way, I think you should consult a doctor about it.
As for intimacy, you could simply ask them not to touch the area after the surgery.

There are so many typos that I’m having trouble following the question, but I’ll do my best to answer.
“Do men become inverted?” → “Do men mind if they’re inverted?”
It’s not so much that I mind it—I just notice it. With all the different individual traits people have, like dark nipples, large areolas, or large, dark labia, I’d say it’s simply one of many variations. It would be a little difficult if there were no sensation, but even people without inverted nipples can have low sensitivity or find it painful and not let you touch them. So I don’t think this is an issue limited to people with inverted nipples.
“You can’t have sex during surgery” → “You can’t have sex until you’ve recovered after surgery.”
You obviously shouldn’t have sex during the surgery. This isn’t a porn video—you’d be far too busy dealing with both your chest and your lower half (lol).
I seriously looked it up, and apparently it can qualify for insurance coverage if it causes problems with breastfeeding. So, in that sense, it seems like a perfectly reasonable option, rather than merely cosmetic surgery. It costs around ¥50,000, and apparently you can even do sports three weeks after the surgery. So even if you have to abstain from sex, it’s only for three weeks.

Inverted nipples aren’t corrected for the sake of men, but because it can be difficult and upsetting for a future baby to breastfeed otherwise (lol).
The stitches usually come out after about a week, right?
Why not you and your papa (male supporter) both abstain for that long?
If you really can’t wait, you could have sex without touching your breasts, couldn’t you?
