I’m having a hard time getting offers. Looks are a matter of personal preference, and I try to update both my profile and calendar about once a week. Is there anything I can do besides my photos to get people interested in me?

Maezawa from the president’s office here, answering as well. Aside from photos, the only thing that might make a difference is probably the comment section that women can write themselves. If you include something there that catches men’s interest—something that makes them think, “Maybe I’ll try making her an offer”—then perhaps… That’s the idea, at least. However, it basically comes down to photos and videos. Men read the comments after looking at the photos, so if the photos don’t catch their attention, they may not read the comments at all. That’s why you need to put everything you have into your photos. Some women even wear swimsuits, while others show a lot more skin. It’s all about getting your profile read first, among the thousands of women on the site.

I’m Dai, a male member. First of all, what’s your dating type? Since you don’t seem confident about your photos, I assume you’re not Type A, right? Also, haven’t you taken any of the “You’re Wonderful” or “Mistress Assessment” tests? Basically, I think it’s difficult to get someone interested in you based on anything other than your photos. For example, there have been times when I liked a woman’s club photos and was about to make an offer, but changed my mind after seeing her private photos. Even if you’re going to post private photos, choose a truly exceptional shot—something even better than your club photos.

I’m Taro, a male member. People often say, “Looks are a matter of personal preference,” but offers are basically all about personal preference, so it’s better to address that directly. Photos are the most important thing, after all. I think it’s a good idea to take photos with different vibes so you appeal to a range of preferences. Avoid template-like comments, too. Something like, “This is my first time registering with a club like this, so I’m really nervous…” is about the worst thing you can write. Updating your comments or private photos moves you toward the top of the TOP page, but other people update theirs as well, so you’ll gradually move down and eventually disappear from view. Even in Tokyo, where profiles disappear the fastest, it takes about a week, so updating every week in other regions just to stay near the top of the TOP page could actually backfire. Incidentally, updating your calendar doesn’t move you up on the TOP page. Only people who visit your profile will see it, and since it’s merely a rough guide anyway, I’m not sure frequent updates really make much difference.

I’m Kazu, a male member. Everyone has different preferences, but personally, I don’t get a good impression of women who frequently update their comments—regardless of their calendar. It makes me wonder whether they only have short-lived arrangements or rely entirely on papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan) to make a living. If you want to attract attention beyond your photos, I think the best approach is to write something in your profile comments that makes men want to meet you.
