If you don’t want to pay the premium setting fee, it simply means you won’t be introduced to that woman.
I’ve started seeing this mentioned here and there on women’s introduction pages lately. If the fee were for women who receive a flood of offers, you could understand it as just part of the business, haha.

If you’re a woman, I don’t think you need to worry about it.
