Before making a profile public, when recommending a woman to a man, we sometimes use that feature so she’s visible only to the gentleman we want to recommend her to, and not to other men. So my guess is that the setting remained even after her profile was made public—the staff simply forgot to remove it. That would explain why her profile continued to be displayed even after she went on leave. It’s a good thing you were categorized as a good man.
