Registration is usually completed within a week, so if it’s already been a week, I think it would be fine to contact them and ask. It may simply have been delayed, but in rare cases, the data of someone who passed can be left unattended due to some kind of issue. By contacting them, you can also get the matter checked internally, so I think there’s more to gain than lose by asking.
