You might be able to leave a message, but unless you changed your phone number or LINE ID, even if your phone broke, once you got it fixed, she’d probably contact you eventually. And if you did change your number or LINE, you’d surely have kept the contact information somewhere and reached out to the man yourself. Maybe there’s some unusual circumstance… It’s strange. I’m not sure what to make of it.

Well, they did answer your inquiry accurately, though… Or perhaps there’s a record of some trouble between you and that man, making it impossible for them to even pass along a message. I’m not sure what the situation is, but why not ask, “Could you please pass along a message to him?” I can’t say whether he’ll contact you, but they should at least be able to pass along the message…

Perhaps you could leave a message asking him to get in touch with you. Although it may not be possible if the man has already left the service. Marika
