Showing up in public without makeup is incredibly rude, especially since you knew there would be photos taken—you were told that, weren’t you? I’m not sure what you mean by “working on yourself,” but you do know that nightlife jobs aren’t really an option during COVID, right? Type A is dinner only, so perhaps you simply weren’t able to hold a conversation during the interview? I don’t think Universe interviews are failed very often, so please take the time to seriously learn some basic common sense. Work on yourself after that.

If the reason you were rejected is clear and nothing has changed, I feel you would probably be rejected no matter how many times you apply. I don’t think there’s much point in applying again. It may be better to give up and look for a place that suits you. Apparently, some people who were rejected by Universe went on to do well elsewhere. I think there are places you are and aren’t suited for in every field.

I feel like the reason you weren’t accepted is probably just as you said. It seems that Type A requires a very high level of attractiveness (though I don’t know exactly how high). Marika
