Since this line is basically for sending offer notifications, I think the sticker means, “Got it.”
The staff are handling a lot of offers, and they want to avoid spending time on other things and delaying their replies to offers.
So it’s probably best to simply assume they’re busy.
That said, there was a woman in Tokyo who was later hidden from view and internally labeled “a complainer,” which I felt was rather sad... >＜
