Since it’s difficult to become Black from A, I think the latter is more difficult.

I don’t know since I haven’t collected any statistics, but even if you switch from A to B, people will often assume it’s just a “dating-type switch scam” and that you’re still essentially A.
So I feel like you probably won’t get offers even after switching to B.
If your goal is to get offers, I think it would be difficult unless you switch to C.
That said, for women who start out as B, there’s almost no difference in the number of offers compared with C. It’s just that people don’t trust women who switch from A to B.
So when I occasionally hear a staff member tell a woman who’s torn between A and B, “Go with A for now. If you change your mind later, you can always switch to B,” I can’t help thinking:
“Maybe it’s already over the moment she chooses A?”
If you have no hesitation about choosing A, then I think A is fine.
