In staff comments, I sometimes see descriptions like: “When interviewing black-listed women, there are many who are (prideful, strong-willed, self-absorbed, stuck-up, attractive on the outside but lacking on the inside...), but this woman is different!”
Does this mean that most black-listed women really are generally prideful, strong-willed, self-absorbed, attractive on the outside but lacking on the inside, and so on?

Generally, people tend to assume that a woman who becomes “blacklisted” has always been popular and therefore has a high level of pride.
But perhaps the point is to show that this isn’t necessarily true—that she can still be a wonderful woman.
I think it’s really a matter of perception.

In any case, I generally feel that Black women tend to be more easygoing than Platinum women. So my view differs from that of the staff member who wrote it.
I find it very interesting that our opinions differ—perhaps because of the difference between being a staff member and being a male member.
P.S.
I searched for comments about Black women using terms like “difference,” “aloof,” and “pride,” but all I found were comments along the lines of, “She’s such an amazing woman that I expected her to be stuck-up, but she has a lovely personality as well.” I couldn’t find anything at all like what was described in the question.
Now I’m curious about which profiles the person asking the question has been reading.
