Even if you submit them here, they generally won’t be displayed. And even if they are displayed, no one will take action, so it will end up being nothing more than a way for you to feel like you’ve done something. The reason no one takes action is that this is “anonymous.” If the person asking isn’t a member, then this request isn’t really a request at all—it’s just a prank post, isn’t it? So, if you are a member, please make sure to communicate it properly to the staff. If you’ve already told the staff but were brushed off, I can understand wanting to bring it up with someone other than them. That said, I do wonder whether there are really staff members who would dismiss a request so casually. However, as I’ve mentioned before, we’re currently short on programmer resources, so even when requests for new features come in, development often doesn’t move forward easily. We did have a new programmer join us this year, so it may depend on that person. > “I’m available today” / “I can meet right now” feature This was planned for the smartphone app developed by Universe, but the development company said it would be impossible in terms of workload for Version 1.0. It was then scheduled for Version 2.0, but development was halted due to the impact of COVID last year, and the feature has since vanished into Universe’s dark history. I would like to bring it back, but apparently the timing still isn’t right. The question is whether we’ll get the go-ahead for the smartphone app after the member page is completed.
