> Night work = cabaret clubs, clubs, and other so-called “mizushobai” establishments
> Night companions = the so-called adult-entertainment side, where women rely on their looks and bodies to make a living
That’s certainly correct.
However, a few years ago, they didn’t use those terms. Cabaret clubs were labeled as “food and beverage,” which unfortunately led people to misunderstand that even women genuinely working at restaurants were involved in that kind of work.

“Night work” refers to cabaret clubs, lounges, and other jobs in the traditional “mizushōbai” nightlife industry.
“Night companions” refers to the more adult-oriented side of the industry, where women make use of their looks and bodies to earn money.
The Fukuoka branch has created a dummy female member profile as a reference for making offers, and I think it may be helpful to read. Try searching for “オファーの参考に” in the female member directory.
