I’m Kazu, a male member.
I don’t smell a woman before having her take a shower, but I can kind of understand how that man feels.
I understand both the appeal of her natural scent before it’s washed away and the appeal of seeing her get embarrassed when he smells her.
That said, some women get distracted and don’t respond as well when they’re feeling too embarrassed, so I try not to push things too far in that direction.
I also understand being embarrassed about making a sound. When I’m in a room with a woman, I sometimes find myself torn between worrying that she might hear me fart in the bathroom and thinking that if I don’t do it now, I’ll regret it later.
Sorry this doesn’t really answer your question.

Maezawa from the CEO’s office will answer as well.
Since people often meet up after work or school, you may feel embarrassed if you haven’t showered yet—but he may simply have that particular preference.
If that’s the kind of preference he has, he probably likes that scent. Rather than feeling embarrassed, it might help to think of him as just that kind of person.
Then again, perhaps he likes seeing you feel embarrassed about it.
If it really bothers you, you could find out where there are restrooms with bidet toilets and use one before meeting up to freshen up.

You shower before meeting, right?
In that case, I don’t think you need to worry about it that much…
If you both really like each other, going with the flow seems natural too…
