If that’s the kind of relationship you’re looking for, I think you’d be better off finding someone outside a dating club and seeing them that way. Are you unable to find anyone outside a dating club?

Universe Club is registered under the Tokyo Dating Club Ordinance. The ordinance defines a dating club business as:
“A business that arranges compensated relationships between customers and customers of the opposite sex.”
In other words, Universe Club arranges relationships involving compensation. If you’re looking for a relationship without compensation, I think you’d be better off using a service other than Universe.
It’s like asking, “The golf course rules don’t say I can’t play soccer, so does that mean I can?” I don’t know the golf course’s rules, but even if it wasn’t explicitly prohibited, you obviously wouldn’t do it—and you’d probably be asked to leave anyway.
The same applies to Universe Club. If you don’t understand the basic nature of a dating club, we’ll warn you. If you keep doing it despite the warning, your membership will be terminated.

As far as I can tell from the rules, it isn’t explicitly prohibited. However, one could also interpret them to mean that seeking a relationship without money involved through a dating club isn’t something a gentleman would do. The membership requirements do include being “a gentleman with financial and emotional leeway.” So if the club determines that such behavior is unbecoming of a gentleman, you could lose your eligibility and be subject to forced withdrawal.
Unless the woman herself wants to date you with no allowance, this behavior could be grounds for a complaint. If a woman files a complaint and similar complaints continue even after the club warns you, you may be forcibly removed for failing to conduct yourself as a gentleman.
