It’s not an official company rule, but naturally, we don’t want to recommend men who have received negative feedback from women.
Women are often introduced to men soon after registering, so the man they go on their first date with is especially important.
If the first man only talks about an adult relationship (intimate) from the moment they sit down for dinner, touches her while they’re walking to the restaurant, or kisses her in the elevator after the meal, for example, she may send us negative feedback—even if he himself has no idea he made her uncomfortable.
Of course, there are also men who do similar things but don’t receive negative feedback.
I think feedback reflects the overall experience: how they create the mood, how they lead things along, and even how they handle the allowance at the end—not necessarily one specific thing they did wrong.
Men who always get approval for “3” may think they’re popular, but they should probably assume that we’ve also received plenty of negative feedback about them.
A woman who has her first date with a man like that may decide that交際クラブ is an awful place and quit after that one experience, even if she has other offers waiting.
On the other hand, if her first date is with a gentlemanly, considerate man, she’ll come away thinking the club is a good place. So even if her second date is with a terrible man, she’ll assume he was just an exception and won’t necessarily quit.
That’s why the men we introduce are basically good men.
We also pay attention to how men interact with our staff. If someone treats staff arrogantly, we assume he would treat women the same way, so we may not be able to introduce him.
We generally make introductions to Black members, but if we feel that a Platinum member is also a good man, we may introduce him as well.
Due to the recent restructuring of our internal departments, FS staff are now limited to introducing men only to Black members. Whether CS staff will introduce men to Platinum members should become clearer soon.
Most women probably prefer to find someone themselves and send an offer, so I don’t think this is something you need to worry about too much.
After all, even if we recommend someone, she may still decide not to send an offer.

It’s pretty easy to understand who staff would recommend or give early access to if you were on the staff side, right?
If someone takes forever to consider an early offer before making an offer, it’s hard to keep sending them opportunities. You also wouldn’t really want to send them to someone who asks endless questions, or to someone who complains—or might end up filing a complaint.
And from the woman’s perspective, this is the first man she’ll be meeting, so the staff will naturally be a little cautious, too.
