But if the men are from major cities like Tokyo or Osaka, you may still receive offers fairly normally. So you might get few offers locally while receiving more from elsewhere. Even if you’re considered blacklisted, quite a few people may hesitate to invite you from far away. In that case, it might be worth moving to a city where you’re likely to receive more offers. Of course, this assumes you’ll properly change jobs rather than quit working, so you’ll be fine even if your papa is no longer around.
