It can be difficult when you’re not sure whether a man is registered, but please give the staff as much information as possible, such as:
- His full name
- Occupation
- Phone number
- Email address
You can tell them something like, “If this person is registered, please make sure my profile isn’t shown to him.”
We can’t tell you whether that man was registered or not, but if we find a match, we can set your profile to hidden from him.
However, men who join after that won’t be checked, so it may be a good idea to ask the staff to check again about every six months.
(We still can’t tell you whether he was registered, but we can apply the setting.)
