Since everyone has different preferences, for example, you may find a woman in Platinum who would obviously belong in Black—and vice versa. On rare occasions, a woman who could easily be in Black ends up in Gold. These women are sometimes called “Lucky Gold,” and offers come flooding in. You might think they should simply be moved up to a higher class instead of being called Lucky Gold, but perhaps they’re worried about complaints from the men, so sometimes they remain in Lucky Gold. I’m Kazu, a male member. If someone is a new employee, I imagine a senior colleague would review them. Otherwise, I don’t think decisions are made by multiple people. Even if several people review them, I don’t think that guarantees a steady stream of wonderful women. The key to consistently attracting great women is probably marketing, after all.
