I think most people carry their own.
It’s not just a matter of size. For example, the ones provided at love hotels are usually chosen with cost in mind, so they’re often not very thin. If you use one of those, it wouldn’t be surprising if you thought, “I can’t feel much when I put on a condom.”
In situations like that, using a 0.01 mm or 0.02 mm one may make the difference noticeable.

Why not measure it?
If you wrap a measuring tape around it and find the circumference, you can calculate the diameter.
(Diameter = circumference ÷ 3.14)
Once you know the diameter, you can determine the condom size.

Incidentally, if you measure 37 mm and choose a 37 mm L size, it’ll naturally be more likely to slip off. (笑)
Since condoms stretch, you need to use one that’s slightly smaller.
