There’s a man I met here a year ago.
I’ve developed genuine feelings for him, and he seems to truly care about me as well. He even calls me his “girlfriend.”
I’ve gone on lots of dates and trips with him. I’ve also been to his company and his home with him.
He’s even made his LINE icon a photo that shows a little of me. Is he serious about me? I really hope he is.
What do you all think…?

As you wrote in your question, I’m sure he genuinely cares about you. In that sense, I believe he’s serious about your relationship as it stands.
As for whether he’s seriously considering marriage, it’s hard to say without learning more about his circumstances and asking him a few questions.

I suppose you could say he’s serious—but only in the sense that he’s serious about a relationship involving money. It feels like the arrangement is based on the assumption that it will eventually come to an end.
If it’s true that you both like each other right now, then I think all you can do is enjoy the relationship without regrets.

There are different kinds of being serious, but I got the impression that he may genuinely mean it.
Marriage isn’t necessarily the end goal of every romantic relationship, though I’ve heard that some couples who met through Universe Club have gone on to get married.
I can’t say whether the person you’re seeing is serious about you as a potential spouse, but I do think he’s serious about you in some way.
