Alternatively, you can submit a new application and write something like, “I was previously registered and would like to register again” in the notes section. If the LINE account you used to communicate with us before is still active on the Universe side, you can also contact us there. We’ve had a few issues with LINE, so if you don’t receive a reply, it’s probably best to assume that account is no longer in use. Any method is fine, including calling us. Just let us know that you’d like to register again, and we can take it from there.
