Can someone who has transitioned due to gender dysphoria register? I’ve undergone hormone therapy and gender confirmation surgery, and have legally changed my gender. Is anyone else in a similar situation?

There have been people who registered without having undergone gender-affirming surgery, and some received offers and went on dates. However, as Mac mentioned, it seems difficult to receive offers in regional areas. (The person in question had an appearance that probably would have attracted offers if they had been in Tokyo.) In Tokyo, there may be a chance of receiving offers. (Just like with women, appearance is important.) When I registered in Tokyo previously, a man considering making an offer asked whether I had: - a penis and testicles - a penis but no testicles - neither a penis nor testicles Since it was my first time registering as someone other than a woman, I asked, “Is it really okay to ask something like that?” He replied, “They’ll answer without hesitation, so just ask. It’s standard.” I remember thinking, “Oh, so that’s considered standard…” After that, I made sure to ask everyone who came in to register, but I don’t know whether that practice has been passed down to the junior staff. (I don’t think it was ever put into a manual.) So, if you come in to register, you’ll be assessed by the same standards as women—namely, whether you’re likely to receive offers. If your appearance is indistinguishable from a woman’s, I think you should be able to register.
