There is no rule saying that you cannot register if you have a Help Mark. So basically, it comes down to the interviewer’s judgment.
That said, if it were me, I think I might turn you down.
If there were many people like Mac who said they would make offers, then I would think it would be fine to pass the interview and register. However, when I was conducting interviews, there wasn’t even a question box, and I had never heard men talk about situations like that. I also felt that even if someone registered, they probably wouldn’t receive any offers.
For example, if someone had a mental health condition, they might normally be fine, but if something triggered an episode during a date and they suddenly started shouting, I would find myself wondering whether the man would be able to handle the situation.
Because of that, if someone has a disability certificate—which isn’t the same thing as having a Help Mark—I may end up telling them, “I’m sorry, but…”
Ultimately, the most important factor is whether it seems likely that you’ll receive offers. Even if a woman has a handicap, if she has enough appeal to more than make up for it, I believe she can still receive offers.
So I think registration may be possible, but you should probably assume that the acceptance standards will be higher than usual.
