I’m tuguo, a male member who isn’t a “black” one. I always read the anonymous question box to refresh my mind, and feel as though I’m getting a small taste of a miracle world—a wonderland—together with all the people who answer the questions.

Maezawa from the president’s office here as well. I’m not entirely sure, but I think it simply hasn’t been implemented because the original question box didn’t have that feature. I believe it was just intended to be a question-box format like this. If you would have preferred something more like a message board, perhaps we should have used a message board instead of a question box. However, the message board we set up previously disappeared for various reasons. I also think many of the staff members have comments turned off on their blogs. Comments do allow for back-and-forth communication, which is a good thing, but perhaps many staff members keep them turned off because they feel the drawbacks outweigh the benefits. > Twitter has a comment section for the same questions. The account managers might be happy if things got lively there too. I don’t manage the Twitter account myself, so I sometimes don’t even see the comments when they come in. Sorry. When I became the question box administrator before, I found out there was a Twitter account and asked them to tell me the password. They replied, “Please don’t change anything. Just look at it.” That completely put me off checking the Twitter account. I haven’t looked at it at all since then. (笑) I don’t even know whether they reply to Twitter comments, and I’ve never checked the DMs or been told that any had come in.
