We send out a confirmation every six months to ask whether you’d like to continue, and if we don’t receive a response, your membership is automatically terminated.
I’m not sure why there was no reply, but due to changes to Universe’s internal systems, our LINE accounts have been changed several times, and previous accounts may no longer be usable.
Since we can’t contact you on LINE unless you’ve added the account as a friend, it’s possible that we were unable to reach you at that point.
So, if you’re still okay with remaining registered, please try contacting us through the inquiry form with a message such as:
“I’ve been sending messages on LINE but haven’t received a reply. If there are any offers for me, I’d like to accept them.”
We should be able to look into it and get back to you.
If it was two or three years ago, you’ll probably need to have your photos taken again, but I believe you may then be able to resume your activities.
That said, our standards in Tokyo have become stricter, so there is also a possibility that we may simply decline your re-registration on the grounds that you didn’t receive any offers before.
Even so, you may have become more attractive over the past two or three years, so I don’t think we would reject you without meeting you first.
