Question about the video interview.

If it leads to positive results—such as people who wouldn’t have come in before now coming to the branch—I think it will continue. If fewer people end up coming in, though, I imagine the video interviews may be discontinued once COVID-19 has subsided. (Or perhaps they’ll remain available only to those who request them.) We don’t know what the future holds, so if you’re interested now, I recommend applying for an interview while you’re considering it.
