I don’t know what the questioner considers “cute”—and everyone has their own standards for cuteness—so I don’t think I can really answer that.
Also, a woman’s rank is greatly influenced by her personality and what she prioritizes in papa-katsu (compensated dating in Japan), so it’s hard to make a blanket statement.
If I had to put it one way, I’d say:
A woman who has some reason she didn’t quite reach the Black or Platinum level.
