Since this isn’t the usual type of arrangement, it would probably require special handling, and I can’t say what decision the person in charge of arrangements would make. If the foreign men were available for preliminary interviews, I could explain how the club works. And if you were okay with paying the membership fees for everyone involved—which may be difficult—I think it might be possible to arrange 30 women and 30 men, though only for dinner meetings. However, with so many people, problems are bound to arise. The most likely issue would be women not receiving their allowances, perhaps?
