I’m a female member, and I have a question about feedback from male members. If a male member has agreed to have his feedback made public, is it posted on the woman’s profile? Or is it more like the club would share it if a male member contacted them to ask?

Maezawa from the Corporate Planning Office here as well. Feedback is not listed directly on your profile. However, if staff feel that something is particularly serious and needs to be communicated, they may add a note. There don’t seem to be any fixed standards for this, though. Basically: - Usually, nothing is written. - But sometimes something may be added. - Normally, the information is shared when a man makes an inquiry.

I’m BB7, a male member. Whether you choose to make it public or not, if a woman receives negative feedback, the specific details won’t be posted, but a general summary may be shown. For example: “Her rating has been lowered due to continued negative feedback.” “We received feedback that she failed to keep the promises she made on dates after the second meeting.” “We received feedback that she was rude in her interactions.” “Not recommended.” And so on. Rather than posting men’s feedback verbatim, it seems the staff confirm the details with the woman before posting a summary. So it doesn’t appear that feedback is posted simply because a man lied. There’s also a search page for men’s profiles. If you search by “highest-rated,” the profiles are listed in order of star rating. If you look at the profiles of women with only one or two stars, or those near the bottom of the list, it explains why their ratings were reduced. The most common reasons are being late or canceling at the last minute, but there are also quite a few cases where ratings were lowered because of negative feedback from men. In the past, I sent feedback about one woman who was extremely cold and behaved in ways I simply couldn’t understand. I included the details of the date and said that the experience had been very bad. (I had behaved courteously, so it wasn’t just a simple misunderstanding or disagreement.) I had chosen not to make the feedback public, but the staff confirmed it with the woman, and a summary was added to her profile. In the end, her rating was lowered, and before I knew it, she had left the service....
