I’m a female member who registered in August. My photo was taken during the interview, but it hasn’t been posted on Twitter or the website. I’m wondering what determines whether someone’s photo gets posted or not. Is it based on rank, after all?

As the other respondents mentioned, it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with your class or anything like that—it’s probably just a matter of luck. I try to avoid posting one-of-a-kind outfits or anything that could identify someone as much as possible. Incidentally, whether your photo gets posted or not probably has no impact whatsoever on receiving offers. In reality, everyone’s photos are already visible on the members-only site anyway.
