I’m Papuwa, a female member who recently registered as a respondent, and I have a question.

Maezawa from the Business Planning Office here. There are two ways male profiles can be displayed: they can be made available to all female members, or only to the woman they’ve sent an offer to. In the latter case, the offer will include a link to the profile, so you can view it there. If there’s no link, the man has probably chosen not to make his profile public—or hasn’t created one. That said, when replying to an offer, you can say something like, “I’d like to see his profile before responding. Would it be possible to make it visible?” Our staff can then ask the man for you. However, he may cancel the offer simply because we asked, so it’s probably best to do this only when you’d be glad to decline if he turns out to be that kind of person. A normal man would usually agree to make his profile visible only to the woman he contacted. (He may even say he didn’t know that option was available.) If he still refuses, I can’t really understand his reasoning, so I’d wonder if he might be a bit questionable.
