Question

I’d like to receive feedback from women so I can make my club experience more fulfilling. In the customer feedback section, there was only one comment that made me wonder, “Could that be about me?” It was rated around 80 points. If I contact the club, will they tell me what kind of feedback they’ve received from women? Also, if they do, will they tell me everything frankly—the good and the bad? Is there any other effective way to get feedback besides contacting the club? When I ask women I’m seeing on an ongoing basis, they inevitably take our relationship and the allowance into account, so their feedback ends up being sugarcoated by about 20%. I’d really like to hear the unvarnished truth. I feel like asking this question itself may suggest that I’m not doing very well, but I’d appreciate your advice.

I’m Saito, the column writer♪ Huh? So members at Black level and above give you feedback too?! I think I’ll request a first meeting as well. Even when I ask the women themselves, they’re too polite to tell me what they really think. Maybe I’ll try going to a bar one night…

Maezawa from the President’s Office here. > Would it be possible to find out the women’s feedback by contacting the club? Were you a Black member? If so, try requesting an in-person meeting with a staff member. When you meet face-to-face, they may be able to discuss things that are difficult to answer over the phone. > Other than contacting the club, is there any better way? The best option is to ask the woman directly. If that means the amount ends up being 20% higher, you can always adjust it afterward. Also, if you’ve been seeing each other for a long time, she may surprisingly be willing to tell you.
