As for how to calculate standard weight, as others have mentioned, the BMI method is generally used.
That gives us:
Standard weight (kg) = height (m) squared × 22
So, 1.63 × 1.63 × 22 ≈ 58.5 kg.
Since your weight is slightly below the standard, you could say you have a somewhat slender build. However, generally speaking, you’re within the average range—not particularly thin or overweight.

There’s absolutely no problem with your figure, so I think it’s perfectly fine for you to come in for the interview.
In fact, it’s rare for someone to work this hard, so hopefully the interview staff will recognize your motivation.
Personally, if I knew this story was true, I’d be impressed by your determination and register you on the spot. Someone who’s motivated and able to work so earnestly will probably create a good atmosphere on dates as well.
That said, each staff member has their own criteria, so I recommend paying close attention to things like your outfit on the day—not flashy, but something men would find attractive on a date—your shoes, and your manners.
For example, make sure you neatly line up your shoes after taking them off and bow politely. Don’t let your guard down when it comes to the little details.
