I’m BB7, a male member in my late 40s.
When I attended the one-on-one format, everyone was shown to a private room, so it was difficult for the men to talk to each other. The women were chatting together in groups.
I also attended the party format, where the men were able to talk a little. The women, as expected, were also gathered together chatting about various things.
As an aside, I attended each format once, and the gender ratio was about 1:2 or 1:3, with overwhelmingly fewer men. I don’t know whether it just happened to be that way when I attended, though...
I was curious about what kinds of male members there would be, but they all seemed like gentlemen. In fact, I almost wanted to become friends with the other male members, haha.

> Is there any time set aside for people of the same gender to talk and socialize?
It’s not officially scheduled, but it seems people often chat freely with others of the same gender while waiting.
My answer is basically the same as Ta-ichi’s.
