We aim to complete registration within one week. That said, on rare occasions, the staff member who conducted your interview may happen to be taking several consecutive days off starting the next day, causing it to take longer than a week. Basically, though, registration is completed within one week. There can be differences in registration speed—not so much by branch as by individual staff member. > ② If I didn’t pass, would it be possible to tell me why? Basically, we don’t disclose the reason. It may help to put yourself in the staff member’s position. For example, if they determine after seeing you that it would be difficult for you to receive offers, they can’t exactly say, “The reason you failed is your appearance.” There are also many other reasons that are difficult to explain directly. That said, there may be some reasons they can give you tactfully. It’s also possible that, if you ask, you’ll find out that registration simply took longer than expected and that you actually didn’t fail. I think it’s worth asking, just to see.
