I received a notice that it’s time to renew my membership.
My address hasn’t changed, but would it be possible to switch to a different branch?
I apologize if this question has already been asked.
Thank you in advance.
Ren Kurozaki, Sub-Chief Coordinator at the Osaka Branch of West Customer Loyalty Group, will answer your question.
Yes, that is possible.
However, may I ask why you would like to change branches?
(Please note in advance that you will generally no longer be eligible for campaigns and similar promotions.)
The reason I ask is that there are two types of branches: your “registered branch” and your “default display branch.”
Registered branch: The branch that manages your account, including decisions regarding renewal notices and compulsory termination.
Default display branch: The branch shown on the “TOP” page and the “Female Member List” of the male member page.
Basically, your registered branch and default display branch are the same.
I assume you mean something like, “I live in XX Prefecture, but I actually use the service in—or want to browse members from—△△ Prefecture.”
If you change your registered branch, your default display branch will change accordingly as well.
Alternatively, although there isn’t any particular benefit to doing so, it is also possible to leave your registered branch unchanged and only change your default display branch. Please contact your registered branch for assistance♪
