I’m Lula, a UC male member and a member of the new salon.
In the past, there was one woman I had a relationship with without protection. At the time, we were both certain that neither of us was seeing multiple people and that neither of us currently had any illnesses.
The allowance was the same whether we used protection or not.
As Tai-chi-san wrote, I’m too afraid to be intimate with a woman who says something like, “I’ll let you do it without protection if you give me extra allowance.” I don’t think the risks of illness and so on should ever be underestimated.

Do you really need a guideline for absolutely everything?
A guideline for what to wear on your first date,
which watch brand to wear,
what kind of glasses to put on,
which shoes to wear,
where to eat on the date…
Do you really need guidelines for all of it?
Seriously?
Are you a child?
That’s what I thought.
Wouldn’t it be better to discuss things with the other person based on how much you like them?
If your preferences and the other person’s don’t match, then perhaps you can simply accept that your values weren’t compatible and move on.
I understand that, if it’s your first time, you may not know what to do. In that case, wouldn’t it be fine to go with whatever amount the other person asks for?
I think you’ll gradually get a feel for things over time.
Besides, if you’re a beginner who needs to know the going rate, you probably haven’t even considered that the woman might get upset and leave depending on what you say.
So while you’re still new to this, I think it’s better to be considerate and focus on making sure the other person can enjoy spending that time with you.
Please keep in mind that you’re dealing with another human being, not an object.

I’m Saito, a column writer♪
It’s kind of like sushi priced according to the day’s market value. Once you gain more experience, you start to think, “This quality at this price is actually pretty cheap,” and so on.
(At times, it even feels like they haven’t decided on an exact price. lol)
Since compatibility and personal preferences come into play, there may not really be a standard rate after all...
Even if there were a general guideline, rates are always changing. If a particular woman becomes highly sought after, her personal rate would probably go up too.
That said, if a woman I’m not attracted to starts talking terms based on the going rate, it does irritate me to some extent.
I’d rather decide for myself, and I simply accept how the woman judges me in return as a matter of compatibility.
