I don’t think the question, “Should I cut ties with her?” really gets to the point. The real question is probably whether you want to cut ties with her.
For me, the appeal of dating clubs is not being seen by others and immediately labeled as “papa-katsu,” but rather having people think, “They seem like a lovely couple,” even if there’s clearly an age gap. So I try to take care of my appearance—including my physique—and work on myself.
That’s why, in my case, I wouldn’t continue seeing a woman who doesn’t want us to be seen together and insists on dining only in private rooms, even if I found her looks extremely attractive.
Ultimately, I think you should follow your own feelings.

That’s how all celebrities are. They never sit in the front passenger seat, either.
But as everyone has said, the real question is whether you enjoy being seen by others.
Since this is a dating club, I think it’s fine to make your decision based to some extent on what you like and dislike.
Let’s move on and switch things up with the next offer.

I don’t really understand why you feel the need to cut things off, but if you think she isn’t right for you, then there’s no need to continue seeing her.
As for her not wanting to be seen together, that may simply be due to her upbringing or the influence of those around her.
If anything, she may be the sheltered type—or a woman who grew up in a fairly proper, well-educated environment.
Some people actually prefer women like that.
