It’s been almost a year, and I’m thinking of renewing my membership. Looking back over the past year, though, I feel I’ve experienced some completely unexpected positive effects on my work. Was it just a coincidence? Or do other members continue because they’ve had similar experiences? Or do they simply continue because it’s fun? It got me wondering. Personally, my income has increased considerably. The things I’ve changed are: To make time for dates, I seriously reconsidered my work priorities and actively delegated tasks and made use of outside resources. Since the costs were higher than I’d imagined, I started thinking seriously about “profits” and choosing more lucrative work. When traveling for business, I began staying at city hotels instead of business hotels, which reduced my sense of fatigue. Once I realized that women have ways of thinking that are clearly different from men’s—rather than entirely rational, you might say—my work processes became smoother. As for the downsides, I suppose the only one is getting regular STI tests. Haha. I’d appreciate hearing everyone’s thoughts and experiences, as well as any advice, regarding whether to renew my membership.
