Which do you think is the faster way to find your ideal woman: telling the club staff what kind of woman you’re looking for and choosing from their suggestions, or trusting your own instincts? Sorry if this is a difficult question to answer.

I’m Saito, the column writer♪ That’s a pretty sharp question. As everyone has said, many of the women who continue seeing you are probably women you chose yourself. A lot of women only “act” a certain way during the interview, and I’ve also been caught off guard by calculating women recommended or introduced by the staff. (I always report it properly.) In the past, they used to introduce women based on an impression like, “I think she’d be a good match for Saito,” but these days, I feel the introductions are more vague and based on each staff member’s personal impression from the interview. I know it’s difficult, but sometimes I wonder whether people who aren’t spending their own money tend to make overly lenient judgments. (Though perhaps that’s not necessarily a bad thing.) As Nonta says, I think it’s perfectly fine if you meet around two good matches out of ten, so I don’t see it as a problem.
